   3. By participating in this promotion, you agree to a complete release of Meta from any claims, liabilities, and/or responsibilities.

Prize Eligibility:

1. Any prize offered in the promotions verified under Valley Printers and Signs Ltd. is subject, but not limited, to the following conditions:

• 1. • Participants are 18 years of age or above.
     • Participants are Canadian Residents
     • Businesses may enter under business name/contact information, but are subject to owner approval if selected.
     • Businesses are permitted to have any and/or all staff members participate, but it must be the cohesive decision of the specific winner whether or not to forfeit the prize to their employer.
     • Current Employees and Family of current Employees of Valley Printers and Signs Ltd are not eligible to enter.
  2. Entry Instructions will be clearly defined per promotion, and only entries which meet those definitions will be entered.
  3. Any promotional offering by Valley Printers and Signs Ltd will be clearly announced and defined.
  4. No prize offered by Valley Printers and Signs Ltd. will have any cash value.

Prize Redemption:

1. 1. Prizes are eligible for redemption within 1 year of notification to the winner.
   2. Prizes must be claimed in the manner instructed- this may require the collection of personal data such as Email Address, Phone number, Legal first and last name, etc.
   3. Winners will be contacted through the media in which the promotion has been advertised, requesting a direct contact with Valley Printers and Signs Ltd. in order to complete prize delivery. Valley Printers and Signs Ltd will attempt contact multiple times for 10 business days after the winner is announced. If the winner has not returned contact with Valley Printers and Signs Ltd. in the time defined, the announced winner understands that they have forfeited their prize eligibility and that the prize may then be offered to another winner.
   4. Discount campaigns: Discounts are eligible on the amount before applicable taxes. Discounts may only be used on a single order item, unless otherwise stated, and is not applied to the order total if multiple items have been requested. Any discount amounts are based on a maximum item purchase amount of $250 before taxes if percentage based. Dollar value discounts will be applied to the whole of the order before taxes.
   5. Prizes which include customized prints are subject to a single item, with clearly defined sizes, materials, etc. No substitutions may be made. Custom print prizes do not include any Art Time to correct, resize, or otherwise edit the photo (which must be submitted in a JPG format). While this service is offered, and is also available to prize winners, it will be an amount separate and above the prize item value and will be due in full prior to release of the item. Valley Printers and Signs Ltd. is responsible for ensuring the entrant winner is in full comprehension of the needs of the materials submitted in order to achieve the desired result without requiring Art Time and/or intervention of a Graphic Artist. Valley Printers and Signs Ltd. is not responsible, nor liable, for any misprints which may occur due to poor submission materials/format, etc.
   6. Any items offered as a prize item is “as is”. Valley Printers and Signs Ltd. is not responsible, nor liable, for any manufacturing errors, defects, conditions of use, etc. Valley Printers and Signs Ltd. purchased these items as a good faith consumer, and is releasing these items in consideration of being in peak condition.
   7. Some prizes may require Photo ID at time of redemption. Please note that the winner will be informed, in advance, of this condition.
   8. Digital Services Prizes are subject to individual terms and conditions. Digital Services prizes will include basic construction, set up, integration- however will not include access to a Graphic Designer. While this service is offered, and is also available to prize winners, it will be an amount separate and above the prize item value and will be due in full prior to release of the service.

Prize Guarantees:

1. 1. Prizes are guaranteed to be available to winners within 30 days of verification of acceptance of the prize.
   2. Valley Printers and Signs Ltd. guarantees that a prize matching the defined promotional campaign will be awarded 100% of the time- if a winner fails to meet entry eligibility, another will be chosen.
   3. Prize offerings are designed to increase engagement, customer loyalty, as well as to increase platform visibility.

Promotional Consent:

1. 1. By entering any promotional campaign, you the entrant, consent to the use of your public name and photo in a public format such as but not limited to:
      • Winner announcement across various media platforms.
      • Promotional materials produced for and/or by Valley Printers and Signs Ltd.
   2. You, the entrant, consent to receiving future promotional materials from Valley Printers and Signs Ltd. This may include but is not limited to:
      • Email Communications, by example may include any/all of the following: Review Request, Quality assurance follow up, additional permissions may be requested at a later date.
      • Platform media communications, by example may include any/all of the following: link directions, page invitations, and future event invitations.
   3. You, the entrant, consent to our data collections requirements as per our Privacy Policy. Valley Printers and Signs Ltd. will never share, sell, or provide information collected with third parties.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

1. 1. Valley Printers and Signs Ltd. will never request personally identifiable information over any social media platform. The winner will be initially contacted via the submission platform and will be requested to contact Valley Printers and Signs Ltd. voluntarily and directly. Any other form of request is not validated through Valley Printers and Signs Ltd.  Should such a contact occur, please inform Valley Printers and Signs Ltd. immediately so that they can take the appropriate measures to continue to ensure the digital safety of their followers, customers, and affiliations.
   2. Valley Printers and Signs Ltd. will never announce more than one winner at a time- should a repeat winner be required of a promotional campaign, the reasons (most likely failure to communicate to redeem) will be clearly stated in a specific and specially published post.
